Shipping & Processing:

United Kingdom: 3-5 days (2-5 days for shipping)

Please allow time for packing your order and then allow time for shipping. If you haven’t received your item after a few days, please contact me (please allow longer for international orders).

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. I am not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you receive a broken item, please contact me AS SOON as you get the package and I will try my best to help you.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalised orders
Earrings (Hygiene reasons)

Conditions of Return:

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
